SROSRC programs and events are a great way to get outdoors and connected to the community.  We offer programs & events year round for families and individuals.

Outdoor Yoga with Gee

Gentle: Sundays 10:00am

All Level: Thursdays 6:30pm

Preregister here! Only $10 per class!

Meets at the gazebo in Jay Albertson Park. (Across Wallace Street from the pond.)

Learn to connect movement with breath, integrating mind, body and soul! Please bring your own mat or blanket, and blocks if you have them.

Gentle Yoga: All Sundays except the first of the month. 10:00am-11:00am. Perfect for beginners, seniors, and those who like relaxing and restorative yoga.

All Level Yoga: Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm. For individuals who like just a little challenge with their yoga.

Mask required for check-in, but not needed on your mat, which will be 6 feet apart from others.

In the case of cancellation due to inclement weather, your ticket will be transferred to a following week of your choice. Please leave contact info when registering so we can update you.

Free Dog Training

Meets at Brodhead Creek Park!

Dog trainer David J. Henon of University of Pets will give a FREE training session. Bring your dog to go over basic commands and how it can help solve many behavior issues. Learn about the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen and how it can help you get discounts on your homeowners’ policy and how your dog can become a therapy dog.

Target Archery Light

Have you ever wanted to try Archery? Now's your chance! Archery is a precise and strengthening skill, in addition to being just plain fun! Learn, practice and perfect your aim with us! Play some archery games!

 

We're setting up our range on Thursday evenings for five consecutive weeks. Compound bows and arrows will be supplied. The use of personal bows and arrows is prohibited for safety reasons.

Meets at Dansbury Park Tennis Courts (Next to the Basketball courts.)

These hour-long dance cardio sessions will put fun in your fitness! Register for four classes, and call in to get the fifth class free!

 

Masks required for sign-in, but not for the actual lesson, during which you will be separated 10 feet from other participants.
