PROGRAMS & EVENTS
SROSRC programs and events are a great way to get outdoors and connected to the community. We offer programs & events year-round for families and individuals.

during business hours for easy registration!
SROSRC is striving to continue providing safe and engaging recreational programming. We are keeping an eye on recent COVID-19 news, including hospital capacities and statewide virus mitigation efforts.
As of right now, our programming may proceed with proper safety measures in place, such as mask requirements.
As always, if SROSRC must cancel a program due to virus mitigation, those registered for the cancelled program will be fully refunded.

Guests of Stroud Recreations programs must respect each others' safety by remaining 6 feet away from others whenever feasible, and wearing a mask when distancing is not feasible, even outdoors.
If you or your child answers "yes" to any of these questions, unfortunately, you may not attend our programs at this time:
*Have you or anyone in your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 21 days: sore throat, cough. chills, body aches for unknown reasons, shortness of breath for unknown reasons, loss of smell, loss of taste, fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit?
*Have you or anyone in your household been tested for COVID-19 with a positive result or awaiting results?
*Have you or anyone in your household cared for or been in contact with an individual who is in quarantine or is a presumptive positive for COVID-19?
*Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19?

Forevergreen Nature Preserve
Go exploring with your little one: get some energy out, meet friends, and find critters! We'll be providing hands-on outdoor adventures, activities and crafts for kids aged 3-5 years old. We ask that one parent or grandparent stays with their child for this program.
In accordance with PA State Mandates, a properly worn mask is required for all unvaccinated people any time you are less than 6 feet from someone outside of your household-- even if you are outdoors. Thank you for helping to keep our community safe.
Gardening at Bryant Park

Meets at Bryant Park in Stroudsburg
Gardening at Bryant Park helps beautify your community all season long! This Thursday, April 1st, we'll start by mulching the beds and dreaming of the flowers to come! Plus, learn from a great local gardening mind through volunteering! We encourage you to sign up at the link above for updates and announcements.

Dog trainer David J. Henon of University of Pets will give a FREE training session! Bring your dog to go over basic commands and how it can help solve many behavior issues. Learn about the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen and how it can help you get discounts on your homeowners policy and how your dog can become a therapy dog.
**Dogs must be human and dog friendly. Agression can be discussed with David one on one.**
