SROSRC programs and events are a great way to get outdoors and connected to the community.  We offer programs & events year round for families and individuals.

Tuesday & Thursday 6pm

Meets at Day Street Community Center

Zumba is not only fun, it's amazing fitness! Tanya's lively dance sessions will brighten your day, strengthen your cardio health, and power up your energy! Register for four classes, and call in to get the fifth class free!

Masks required for sign-in, but not for the actual lesson, during which you will be separated 10 feet from other participants.

Yoga with Gee can help you advance your practice! Her yoga classes are playful, experimental and welcoming to all! Small class sizes make personal work-shopping natural, and her gentle guidance will help you find strengthening asanas that work for you! Please bring your own mat or blanket, and blocks if you have them.

Mask required for check-in, but not needed on your mat, which will be 6 feet apart from others.

Guests of Stroud Recreations programs must respect each others' safety by remaining 6 feet away from others whenever feasible, and wearing a mask when distancing is not feasible, even outdoors.

*Have you or anyone in your household been tested for COVID-19 with a positive result or awaiting results?

*Have you or anyone in your household cared for or been in contact with an individual who is in quarantine or is a presumptive positive for COVID-19?

*Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19?
