Spooky Stroudsburg Scavenger Search 2023 Giveaway (Giveaway) takes place from 10/1/2023 to 10/31/2023 ("Promotion Period")
The sponsor of this Giveaway is SROSRC, 15 Day Street East Stroudsburg , PA ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules.
PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will ONLY be used in the case of Winner Notification and mailing of the Prize.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of The Unites States who are 18 years of age and older (the "Entrant"). Sponsor, and their respective family members (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
This Giveaway is open to Entrants who submit the correct answer via entry form during the Promotional Period, and consent to the Terms and Rules. Prize will only be awarded if winner responds to notification with a valid mailing address within a week. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within November. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address Entrant used to submit the correct answer. Potential Winner must accept a prize as directed by Sponsor within one week of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry (b) any injury to participants or to any other person which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway. (c) any injury to participants or to any other person which may be related to or resulting from the use of the Prize. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate.
