Ready, Set, Run! is a character -building running program that trains kids ages 8-13 to participate is a 5K run. The curriculum-based program equips kids with the physical training and goal-setting mentality needed to accomplish their running goals. Issues like enhancing confidence and self-esteem, respecting authority, dealing with peer pressure, and fueling their bodies through proper nutrition are covered during the 12-week session. Ralley Ball is tennis as an organized team sport with modified serving and scoring to make it easy and fun. A six-person team participates in a one-hour lesson and half-hour match. This course provides youth ages 11-15 with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for children and infants.
