Stroud Kids Summer Day Camp Staff Stroud Kids Summer Day Camp Series offers ten weeks of summer recreation programming available to children ages 4–14. Stroud Kids operates at Dansbury Park and JM Hill Elementary School in East Stroudsburg, and at Stroudsburg High School, Morey, and Ramsey Elementary Schools in Stroudsburg.
All positions are seasonal fulltime, 8:00–3:00 pm, Monday-Friday from June 21–August 13. Additional program staff members are needed for Before and After Camp and Enrichment Camp programs.
Applications are now being accepted for Site Directors, Counselors, and Counselors-in-Training who possess, or are able to obtain PA State Criminal Background and Child Abuse Clearances, FBI Fingerprints; and are certified, or are able to obtain certifications, in American Red Cross First Aid and CPR. Staff members must be available for the entire summer camp session.

Spring Swim Lesson Staff American Red Cross certified Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructors, and Water Safety Instructor Aides are needed from March 22–May 14 at the Stroudsburg Intermediate Elementary School to teach preschool and youth swim lessons. Applicants must possess or be able to obtain American Red Cross Lifeguard and/or Water Safety Instructor certifications (with exception of WSI Aides) along with PA State Criminal Background and Child Abuse Clearances (ages 18+).
Stroudsburg Borough Summer Pool Staff The Stroudsburg Borough Pool is now accepting applications for Lifeguards and Water Safety Instructors for the 2010 season. Applicants must possess or be able to obtain American Red Cross Lifeguard and/or Water Safety Instructor certifications along with PA State Criminal Background and Child Abuse Clearances (ages 18+). Community Recreation Internship This internship is open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as those who have recently completed their undergraduate or graduate programs and are seeking temporary practical training in Community Recreation. A stipend of $2500 is offered for twelve weeks at an average of thirty-five hours per week. Office hours are 8:30 - 4:30 Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend programming work may be required.
