Pilates Sculpt Fusion is a unique blend of standing pilates and dance blends combined with pilates props such as magic ring, body ball and light dumbbells. This class is geared to all fitness levels and has an emphasis on muscle toning and fat burning. This class is designed for older adults and individuals that may have a pre- existing medical history and have been cleared for mild to moderate exercise before participating in this class. Improvisation and advanced acting instruction build acting skills using techniques from Constanin Stanislavsky and Micahel Chekhov. the class dives deeps into the psychology of acting with exercises designed to free actors from distractions as students are challenged with longer scene selections, while improvisation is used to spur creativity and strong acting choices.
